Managed setup & pricing
We do the setup.
You run the operation.
You get a workspace that is ready to use. We connect your stores and carrier accounts, set up products, labels, permissions and customer emails, and train your team. We also look after the system once it is running.
From the first conversation to launch
Four steps to a working system.
Discovery
Map the operation
We review how orders arrive, how products are identified and what happens at the picking and packing benches.
- Shops, order volume and product variants
- Carrier accounts, services and countries
- Users, roles and the daily exceptions you deal with
What we need from you
Access to your stores and carrier accounts, and a conversation with the people responsible for the warehouse.
Configuration
Configure the workspace
We connect the shops and carriers, prepare product data, shelf locations and labels, and set up roles and customer email templates.
- Shop and carrier connections with your credentials
- Shelf locations, barcodes and label paper preferences
- Roles, shop access and branded email templates
What we need from you
Decisions on label sizes, who may override a scan and which emails your customers should receive.
Validation
Validate the workflow
Your team runs real orders through import, pick, pack, tracking and returns in a controlled way before relying on it.
- Import, pick, pack and label checks on your scanners and printers
- Tracking, customer email and return processing review
- Phone camera and installable web-app setup where wanted
What we need from you
Shared tests using your scanners and printers, and feedback on anything that needs adjusting.
Handover
Go live with a clear handover
A controlled rollout with a documented handover, agreed support scope and a review of alerts and recovery routines.
- Team walkthrough of the configured workspace
- Operational notifications and recovery checks explained
- Support and maintenance scope agreed in your proposal
What we need from you
A go-live date and a named contact on your side.
Pricing
A proposal that fits your operation.
- Configuration and launch of your store and carrier connections
- Hosting, maintenance and support agreed in writing
- An individual proposal rather than a public price list or self-service package

Before we begin
Good questions. Clear answers.
Do we have to install or configure anything ourselves?
No. We host and configure the workspace, connect your stores and carrier accounts and prepare your team. You provide access, confirm carrier contracts and tell us how you want the workflow to behave.
Can we keep our own carrier contracts?
Yes. Fullcommerce uses your own carrier accounts. Services and destination countries follow what your contract enables, and we verify them during setup.
Which devices do we need at the bench?
A computer or tablet with a browser and a keyboard or Bluetooth barcode scanner is the default. Phone camera scanning can be enabled per device, and the workspace can be installed as a web app. Labels print through the browser as PDF; we confirm your printers during validation. An internet connection is required — there is no offline mode.
Can we customise the customer emails?
Yes. Delivery emails use templates with your logo, colours and copy, sent in the recipient’s language. Templates are configured by us as part of setup rather than edited inside the workspace, and each shop can switch customer emails on or off.
Does Fullcommerce store or ship our goods?
No. Fullcommerce provides software and help getting it running. Your goods stay in your warehouse, where your team works with its own carrier accounts.
Does Fullcommerce issue refunds for returns?
No. After the inspection, Fullcommerce restocks the units actually received and sends a cancellation request to the store. Refunds remain the merchant’s or finance team’s decision.
How is pricing decided?
Your proposal reflects the number of stores, carriers and users, order volume and ongoing support needs. Implementation work varies between businesses, so we prepare individual proposals rather than a public price list.
