What the form saves
We save your name, work email address, company, any store platforms and operational details you choose to share, the time of your request and your permission to contact you. A request ID and notification status help us process your enquiry reliably and prevent duplicate entries.
How we use it
We use these details to understand your requirements, reply to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Please do not submit passwords, API keys or customer order data through the form.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Requests are stored in the website’s database and are available only to the authorised Fullcommerce administrator. If email forwarding is enabled, the same details are sent to the Fullcommerce enquiry inbox ([email protected]) through the configured email service. The site sets essential sign-in cookies only where private administrator access is required; no advertising or analytics trackers are added by this website.
Product examples
The product demonstrations run entirely in your browser using sample data. They do not connect to a store, carrier, database or live Fullcommerce system. Anything entered within these demonstrations stays in your browser.
